A lot can happen in a week

A week is a time unit equal to seven days.

LMould, "Seven Days", 2021-July-19 (mixed-media, paper with ink, 9" x 7")

A lot can happen in a week.

Drawing Outside the Box

The title reminds us of a metaphor used unceasingly since the 1970s and 1980s by management consultants; used as a metaphor for novel or creative thinking.

L.Mould, (mixed-media, ink on paper 9" x  7") 23 August 2021

Drawing outside the box is just creative.

Avoiding Circumlocution

Expressing an idea in ink seems terse, or just concise.

"Interacting" (mixed-media 6" x 4")

No vague thoughts here.

Reminisce

Reminiscence -- an old tale re-told, or a reconfiguration of an ancient truth?

L.Mould (Mixed-media, paper and ink, 6"x4")

                                                        Is it an indulgence?

Floating Lines

 Everything seems to float effortlessly

                                                     L.Mould, Mixed-media, paper and ink (6"x4")

-- only grounded here and there.

The Fine Art of Zooming

Can you find yourself in here? Little windows to the heart of home.

New Growth

Growth is not always in the springtime. This year has ushered out the old one with expressions of good riddance. Hopefully we have learned the lessons taught to us in 2020 in a year so fraught with difficulties and sorrow. We hope that 2021 will, indeed, be a better year.

Promising Lines

We start with a promise and continue with encouraging signs.

                                                                            Mixed-media 2020-July-7 (6"x4")

When we get to the finish line, we know we are there - most of the time.

Quintessence

In the before the "before days", it was the fifth and highest element permeating all nature -- an ancient thought.

 Mixed-media (6" x 4") 2020-Apr-4

Now it is the essence of something -- essence of ink, essence of expression, essence. Essence alone and not knowable.
